Lévis, Québec, September 27, 2022— Creaform, a world leader in portable 3D measurement solutions and engineering services, opened its doors on September 15 for the second edition of its Innovation Day, under the theme Engineering and Mobility. Designed specifically for people working in the transportation industry, but also attended by small, medium and large companies in aerospace, NDT, product development and others, this edition aimed to present solutions that can support local companies in their most complex development projects.
More than 140 businesspeople from all over Quebec came to Creaform's offices in the Lévis Innoparc to evaluate the potential gains for their companies. The participants were treated to a full schedule, including a visit of the production facility and many practical and technical workshops, some of which were provided by partners, such as InnovMetric, Lortie Aviation and Cyberkar systems. In addition, some networking sessions allowed the various industry players to make initial contacts.
Guests were also treated to an exclusive conference by François Tremblay, president of Prevost and Volvo Bus North America, entitled Developing a strong brand supported by innovation. In addition, visitors were presented with a roundtable discussion on the topic of Transferring Innovation from R&D to Production.
